Climate Accountability, operated by Coral Carbon, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every report. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact Coral Carbon through the Service with the email address you used at checkout and your order date. We will process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.

Please keep the payment confirmation email — it contains the transaction reference used to locate your purchase.

When refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
